During the early stages of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the team I led had to quickly train hundreds of faculty to prepare them for teaching completely online. This is one example of several screencasts I produced myself. I also trained my team to create their own screencasts and run their own workshops through Zoom, skills that they did not have at the time, in order to quickly scale our training efforts in multiple modalities faculty would feel comfortable with.
